The mango tree will be leased for 41 years from the date of signing the lease agreement and disbursing the lease payment into the designated account.
Replacement of Mango Tree:
In the event of the leased mango tree dying due to natural causes or unforeseen incidents, we will replant a tree of the same variety at no additional cost to the lessee.
Annual Tribute Service:
At no additional cost, we will annually honor a loved one with a handful of flowers at the memory stone/tree/statue on a date specified by the lessee.
A picture of this tribute will be provided via WhatsApp.
Religious rituals for Hindu Patrons:
The orchard management offers the option to organise religious rituals with proper sanskrit mantras such as Pinda Daan, Pitru Shaanti puja, Brahman Bhojan, Gau Bhojan (Cow Feeding) for lessees at a minimal fee under the leased tree in front of the memory stone/statue. All Tarpan Rituals will be performed at the banks of Holy river Mahanadi, which is 10Km. from our orchard. Photos and videos of the service will be provided.
Photography Service:
We will take annual photographs of the mango tree and its surroundings for the first five years of the lease and share them via WhatsApp.
These photos serve as a record of the tree’s growth and health.
Mango Yield and Ownership:
The lessee will receive all mangoes produced by the tree, not more than 06Kg annually, distributed in two harvests of 3 kg each for the duration of the lease i.e 41 years.

Alphonso Mango Tree: ₹25,000
Miyazaki Mango Tree: ₹50,000
The lease fee is inclusive of GST, if applicable.
A ₹10,000 advance payment is required for booking, with the remaining amount due by April 15, 2026.
Early booking for additional trees is encouraged to ensure proximity to your original tree.
Purchase of Additional Mangoes:
The lessee may purchase additional mangoes at orchard prices, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the purchase.
Packing and Delivery:
Mango packing for delivery is provided free of charge by the orchard.
The lessee is responsible for courier charge only.
Mango Tourism:
By 2030, our orchard aims to cultivate approximately 200 diverse varieties of mangoes, both domestic and international.
We are also developing mud cottages for guests to experience the serene beauty of our orchard.
Booking is required in advance, and fees are non-refundable.

Memory Stone:
A complimentary memory stone made of black granite (24x24 inches) will be placed under the mango tree, featuring details provided by the lessee.
Content must be approved by orchard management.
For an additional fee of ₹1,000, a portrait can be engraved on a larger stone (24x36 inches) based on a photo provided by the lessee.
Memorial Statue Placement:
A memorial statue of a beloved one, made with white cement and concrete, can be placed under the mango tree upon request.
Lessees must provide a photograph and other required details.
If the lessee provides a statue, the orchard management will install it under the tree at no extra cost.
Cancellation Policy:
Once payment has been made, the booking cannot be canceled, and the amount will not be refunded.
Mango Delivery Schedule:
Mango delivery for Alphonso will commence in May/June 2026, while delivery for Miyazaki will begin in May/June 2027.
Location Accessibility:
The mango orchard is easily accessible via the nearby Bhubaneswar and Jharsuguda airports, with railway connectivity from Rairakhol and access via state highways (Railway station of Purunakatak village will start by 2025).
Supervision of the Plants:
All plants are planted in an area of 10 feet by 10 feet and are cared for under the supervision of experienced caretakers.
The plants are nurtured with totally organic manure, including cow dung, waste decomposer, vermicompost, and Jeevamrut.
Medicines such as neem oil are used to ensure the plant's health.
Arbitration Clause:
Any dispute arising out of this booking or agreement shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the lessor and the seat and venue of arbitration shall be Boudh, Odisha.
